How Nigerian Are you? Card game Fun with Friends - Video Included

Hello loves, so my girls were over and we cooked, ate, had fun and played this new card game called "How Nigerian are you" by Kulture Games. It was so much fun and I hope you enjoy today's vlog embedded below! To buy the game:
Check out Kulture Games on Instagram:

The game came in a nicely packaged box.
It had the two sided cards inside of it, an instruction/scoring booklet, and a salt timer.

The two sided cards are distinguished by their coloring - gold indicating easy, and gray indicating hard questions.

This game can be enjoyed by families or friends who are Nigerian or believe they know a thing or two about Nigeria. My friends and I had so much fun playing and I just had to share with you guys.

There are so many questions included: politics, riddles, jokes, music trivia and lots more. I'm yet to go through all the cards so I will definitely be playing this more times with others!

Watch my friends and I play in my latest vlog below

 From the company:

Get ready to go down memory lane in an exciting team game that tests your knowledge of States & Capitals, History & Historical Figures, Entertainment (music, sports, etc.) and Riddles.
Sixty-second rounds require quick thinking and strategizing. Team planning is encouraged to decide when to use your delegation powers and whom to delegate to. Use a hint if you need one, but you’ll only get half of the points.
Not Nigerian or don’t know much about Nigeria? This is a great way to learn! The timekeeper and scorekeeper roles give you the opportunity to participate, learn and hopefully join in next time :)
Have fun!! It’s really just a game….

The Game includes 112 Cards (Over 400 Questions & Hints and 224 Answers,) a sand timer and a game guide.
Ages 12 and up.
6 or more players.

Hello world!
As the saying goes, first comes LOVE, then comes MARRIAGE, and then comes... a BABY!

After months of keeping this great news to ourselves, we are very excited to share with you that we are expecting a baby!
Ya girl is pregnant, Spinal Cord Injury and all, and all the glory belongs to God.
I have been enjoying all of the ups and not so "ups" that come with being pregnant and I truly only have God to praise. From missing my period, to our first at home pregnancy test, the first doctor's appointment, the first ultrasound, first heartbeat, first flutters and kicks, up till the excitement of finding out our baby's gender and my joy to start a baby registry, we have been on an all time HIGH! As I type this, I'm thinking back to the nights my husband and I have spent just being in awe of this new life growing inside of me as a result of our love, and it's still so surreal!

I will have more videos on my youtube channel detailing the pregnancy journey so far and going forward, but for now, enjoy this pregnancy announcement post and video below. Love y'all.

Till next time, God Bless.

Happy New Year - Is this coming late?

Hello loves,
Please, permit me to wish you a happy New year even though I am well aware that today is the first day in the new month of February.

You see, I planned to start this year off with a bang, and in many ways, I actually did, but blogging and being a social media influencer had to take the back seat while I attended to other issues; starting with my laptop that broke during Vlogmas (did you watch all my vlogmas episodes on youtube by the way? That was such fun times. You should catch up HERE if you haven't seen the videos yet).

Anyway, I digress. Aside from my broken laptop and other unexpected expenses and pressing issues that took my time and attention away, I was also actually enjoying a much needed break.

My break didn't begin voluntarily. My laptop is a huge part of everything I do, and not having it forced a break upon me. I was angry at first, and then I found myself embracing the break. As the days went on, I realized it was a much needed break.

I yearned to return to blogging and youtube-ing, but I also enjoyed getting to focus on my emotional, spiritual and physical wellbeing and having the undivided attention to take in the changes that were happening in my life. I got to think about my goals and where I want to direct my energy this year. I have no doubt now that it will in fact be a great year, because God is on my side and there is nothing that is impossible with him.

Additionally, the cold winter days aren't my favorite anyway, so there was really not much I could do with regards to being a style blogger. I am not a fan of winter fashion, and I don't bother shopping during the cold days. Aside from my staple jackets, tights and boots, I really hardly ever shop during the winter days.
However, this past weekend was a lovely one. We had amazing weather and I got to dress how I wanted and so I took the photos below.

Anyways, enough chatting for now. I just wanted to update you guys briefly and notify you that my break is over. Ya girl is back and should be dropping a new video on youtube VERY SOON.
Make sure you are subscribed and that you have your notification bells turned on.

Thank you so much for visiting,
I love you all and I pray for a very successful 2018 for us all.
