Swatches and Review: Broadway Nails High Shine Nail Polish - Aquarius

Happy Hump Day Fellow humans!

Nail Post today!!!
I won this nail polish at one of my friend's bridal shower and ever since I got the polish, I'd been itching to wear it and blog about it. This is my first nail polish from this brand - Broadway Nails High Shine Nail Polish... and the name of the polish is Aquarius. Such a pretty blue nail polish and application was flawless. If every polish by this brand is this way, I certainly think I need more.

A quick google search has shown me that this brand can be purchased at CVS and Walgreens at .99 cents each?!?!?!?! I'm gonna have to check some stores for more colors!1!

It's been a while I swatched for the blog, but my fingers were excited to hold a nail polish bottle for pictures again!

I love the application  of this nail polish! What you see here is two coats.

I have been painting my nails though I haven't blogged about a mani in a while, but I must confess, my nail care routine and cuticle care has been poor since I didn't have a macro camera on my nails for a long time. LOL... BUT I'm back to oiling and I hope my fingers will be back to top notch level soon!

This nail polish has a subtle shimmer in it, and I say YAY to that!

That's it for now y'all.

Question: Do YOU own any polishes by this brand? Have you ever seen this brand in stores or heard of it?
Share your thoughts with me.

Till Later, God Bless.

Review: Firmoo Square Glasses

Hello again sugars..

This DIYLady is on a blogging roll and I hope you guys are with me on this ride!

Today I have a review of a glasses from
I don't wear prescription glasses but I absolutely love how the nerdy glasses look on people and I've gotten a few for myself over the years.

For my review for firmoo today, I chose this full frame square glasses in tortoise print.

Before we get into more pictures of me with the glasses on.. Here it is in all its glory.

It came with a case, screws and cleaning cloth (both of which I couldn't find when it was time to take pictures for review). But I did find the case. :-D

Top notch arrival without scratches. My glasses is none prescription, and it's crystal clear! I especially love the print on this one!

For this review post, I chose to be silly and I staged a reading scenario on my bed.

Since I'm currently rocking afro hair, I chose to read my copy of Black Hair Magazine.

This glasses fit my face just the way I love my glasses!

And I started acting crazy in front of the camera. Lol...
But in my defense, nobody likes split ends.. right?

Enjoy these series of Black and White Picturesss......
Take me back to the 70s!!!

Ok, enough of my mini-drama, let's get back to the glasses!

Do You like what you see?
I love how comfortable it is on me, and the fit is wonderful as well. Firmoo offers a virtual "trial" for customers, where you'll upload your picture and see how you like a particular frame on you. Their glasses are affordable and your first pair is free, so I'd suggest you grab one especially if you're a student on a budget heading back to school.
Firmoo does not only carry prescription glasses as I mentioned earlier, you can get just about every of the glasses on their website without prescription or with your doctor given prescriptions.

This is not my first time reviewing for firmoo, and each time has been a great experience.

More about the Free Glasses deal can be read HERE.
I urge you to read the FAQ Here as well if you have any questions about this.

Check Firmoo out on Facebook, Twitter, and Website.

That's it for now darlings.
Till Later, God Bless.

Review: 9th & Elm - Handmade and Independent Designers

Hello lovers!

Happy New Week!!!
On the blog today is a review that I'm so excited about.
Y'all know I love colors and all things fabulous by now right?

Well, when I got the opportunity to try out some lovely products from 9th and Elm, I jumped on it! I picked out some beauties that attracted me and I couldn't be happier with the perfection of everything.

9th & Elm is a website full of so many goodies - jewelries, clothing etc - by Handmade and Independent Designers. Shopping on their website is very easy. I personally love a website that's easy to navigate. You can choose to shop by categories that interest you, check out their suggested items or look through all the products available.

Statement necklaces and earrings are about the newest thing in town and this DIY Lady was excited when she found out that 9th & Elm had SOOOOOOOO many options to choose from.

Look at the goodies I got from the website.

As you guys know by now, I love thorough reviews. SO let's discuss packaging!

Each product came nice wrapped and protected. Everything I picked out arrived in mint condition!

Now on to the review!
First up is this lovely Blue Ombre Mini Drape Earrings

It's so pretty! With a earring like this, one does not really need a necklace. The earring speaks volumes enough already!

Next is the Spike Chandelier Earrings in Mint

Guysssssss, isn't this perfection?!

And next is Mint and Cream Pearl Necklace

This gorgeous statement necklace came with sweet drop earrings as well.

I got compliments for DAAAYYYYS when I wore this.

And last but not the least is this Blue Flower Statement Necklace

I couldn't stop taking pictures of this one. LOL...

The gold chain looks really amazing in real life. The blue color is wonderful

And it came with this fab matching earrings.

I am very very happy with all of these products and their quality, not to mention THE BEAUTY!!!!!

Pricing on 9th & Elm is reasonable and once again the quality is just beyond comprehension for some of the prices.

All of these products and many more can be purchased on  their website right now. So go ahead and enjoy shopping!!!

Glitter Gradient - Brown and Gold

Hello Y'all!

Longest of all long times!!!

I have a glitter gradient I did a while back to show y'all.
I found some manis/pictures I hadn't blogged about on my sd card and SO I am excited I can give y'all some posts till I have a swatch-a-ton and fully immerse myself back into blogging!

For this mani, I used Zoya and Shimmer Polish. (Polish Names to be updated later)

This was much more amazing in person, but you get the idea from these pictures.
I did a reverse gradient from the base of my nails to the tip.

Hope you guys like. And Hope you're happy to see my nails back!
Till Later, God bless.
